V: Are your services door to door?
O: Yes, we will always pick/drop you on any address you put in reservation.
V: What is the price of your services?
O: Go on our main page and select destination you wish to travel. When you click "check price", you will find all services we privide on destination and what is the price of individual service.
V: I cannot find required destination in your system. Does it mean you cannot offer required service?
O: Of course we can. In our booking system are only most popular destination we offer our services. On bottom of page you can see you can put in required destination, and after you click on button on right, you will see all services we provide on required destination.
V: How can I contact you if my flight delays and/or I want to change my pick up time?
O: When you make your reservation, you will receive transfer ticket. On your ticket are all information required in case of emergency.
V: I sucessfully made my reservation, but did not receive my ticket? What should I do?
O: Confirmation of reservation is authomated. Confirmation of reservation or transfer ticket you will receive in email box you entered in your reservation. In case you do not receive your ticket in your Inbox in 5 minutes, please check your Junk folder or Trash Folder. Because of text specifics it happens sometimes, that your email settings categorize transfer ticket as junk email. If you are still unable to find your ticket, you may entered wrong email address. In that case call our number +386 41 792865 every work day from 09.00 till 17.00, weekends and holidays from 09.00 till 13.00 and we will correct your entered data, to receive your ticket.
V: How can I pay for service?
O: You can pay for service directly to driver in cash on pick up. With online reservation you can choose credit/debit card payment, or proforma invoice payment.
V: How will I receive my invoice?
O: On reservation, please, enter information to whom invoice should be titled. That way you will receive correct invoice. In case you selected credit/debit card payment or payment via proforma invoice, you will receive invoice in PDF format in your email Inbox. Invoice will be titled on name of person using service. In case, you require invoice should titled on third party, in additional information enter information for invoice. In case you selected cash payment, you will receive receipt from driver when payment is made.
V: I am traveling/tourist agent and would like to pay for my client. How can I do that?
O: You can pay for service via proforma invoice to our business account or with credit/debit card. Contact our office for more information.
