PUNK ROCK HOLIDAY SHUTTLE 2024

INSTRUCTIONS

• When you are travelling from airport to the festival please go to predetermined pick up location 15 minutes before the time of departure. Driver will have PUNK ROCK HOLIDAY sign so you can recognise him. You can see exact pick up locations for every airport in image gallery below.

• Pick up and drop off point in Tolmin in on Trg Maršala Tita where the main bus station in Tolmin is. You can see the exact location in the image gallery below.

• Departures from airports can be delayed up to half an hour because of possible plane arrival delays. Departures from Tolmin are starting at exact predetermined hour because people have planes to catch. Because of that we wait for no one when departing from Tolmin and if you are late there is a big chance that you will miss the shuttle bus.

• When you book the shuttle you will get confirmation mail. That serves as your ticket so please have it with you and show it to the driver.

• Cancelation policy: you are eligible to 90% refund up to 7 days before the transfer date. From day 7 to 3 you can get a refund for 50% of total transfer cost. 3 or less days before the date of transfer you can not get a refund.

• If you want to change dates and pickup times after you have made the booking we have a right to charge 5€ administration fee.

• If your flight is delayed and you miss the scheduled shuttle departure we can move you to the next departure if there are enough spaces. In that case administration fee is charged.

• Average travel times to airports: Marco Polo-2:45, Treviso-3:15, Ronchi-1:30, Ljubljana-2:30. Keep in mind that travel time can be longer due to unexpected events. Make sure that you book your shuttle from Tolmin early enough.

• Time of departures off shuttles can change a bit to accommodate certain flights if a lot of people are flying with them. If shuttle departure changes you will get notified beforehand on e-mail. In any case we pay attention to your flight schedule and ensure that you will be at the airport on time.
